 I voluntarily checked myself into a psychiatric ward. If I didn't do it then, I would have harmed myself or others, especially those who are close to me. Before that, I had no idea what happened what was the source of the "feeling" of suicidal attempts, feelings of inadequacy, and mental anguish. People from my immediate environment, and even my close friends, considered me a healthy person. According to my psychiatrist, who was also my treating doctor, there are no signs of external abuse for Borderline Personality Disorder. More than 140 million people worldwide suffer from this mental disorder. By the way, during the therapy I fell madly in love with my psychiatrist and he seemed to feel the same way about me."

Every word of the book, published in 2016, is true. This is my story. Since the first publication, several well-known specialists have supported the raison d'être of what was described. Both editions of the work were surrounded by huge media interest. The test in the book has been adopted by several clinics and has been used ever since.

What's more, the Hungarian State also wants to use the test I wrote in the book in the Hungarian healthcare system. Negotiations are currently ongoing.
